There is a headline on the Dow Jones wires at 8:37 Eastern that reads as follows: DJ 20:37 [INTC] WSJ: Intel delays outlay for Texas factory as demand slows This is the only info I have. It is my experience that when stories of this nature run (ie. prefixed with the "WSJ" letters) that this story will break in tomorrow's Wall Street Journal, possibly front page. At this time, this is the only news I have.
