The Put to Call Ratio has been falling. While the long term trend remains quite high I would like to see it higher to herald in a new Bull Market in the face of great skepticism:

Here is one worth watching for further development of positive divergences.



Last year we hit the highest level of New Lows ever on the NASDAQ. But it is my belief that just like in 2001 when we hit the highest level of new lows ever at that time that it takes positive divergences to help define a new long term bottom. If I am right we will need to see a series of lower highs in this indicator even as the market hits new lows before a long term market bottom.
