Don't you mean:

Sell DRYS
no matter what

And if you mean "buy 50% WEN long. the rest
in FCX long"

that would
USUALLY
mean 50% of the proceeds from that sale, so "the rest" would also be 50%.

Just like ... buy half WEN and half FCX.

But I think you may mean

buy
the maximum allowed
of WEN, and if there is any cash left, use it to buy FCX.
