I remember that. I guess what I am feeling, as mentioned, is that this dramatic rise in the dollar and then watching gold resist moving down and sometimes moving up in tandum was vry revealing in the depth of fear and uncertainty in the world.

I also do not like to talk conspiracies, but it sure looks like gold has been held down??

But there are is so much paper currency being created worldwide without attendent production and increasing limitless fear anything could happen. The other thing is that as the gold and silver is pulled off the market the experience of the fear should keep it off the market.

They say Europe is still fearfull of hyperinflation due to the Weimer hyperinflation 90 years ago. And the European fear seems to me to be what is driving gold and silver right now?

I heard some mention of something the Swiss did relating ot the move in gold on Bloomberg, but didn't udnerstand it.
