Can we assume that this is good news for the DRAM industry??? Or does the industry need a couple of more big names to go under???

QI was the smallest vendor left. I would say, it will lower supplies by a couple of %ge points but will make no material difference. I hope it encourages Taiwan government to handle bailout funds carefully.
