Ebbers is in jail. news.bbc.co.uk So are Kozlowski, Skilling. But Madoff is innocent until proven guilty. He has a right to a fair trial and the media continue to assume he is guilty. Even Warren Buffett said so on NBR this week. I am partisan in favor of the Constitution. I would never vote for Schumer, no matter who his opponent. He was on the wrong side of the banking problem, supporting Citibank, Citigroup, and the credit card companies. You are partisan if you think Geithner should be in jail. I don't know where that came from. Maybe you think Bernanke also should be in jail.
