For the money, this will cover most of the territory except metal and leave you money for a good amp. The LP isn't much good for folksy rocky stuff . Mostly I play a home brew tele made from Warmoth parts with Duncan Broadcasters and 1967 Guild Starfire IV with Guild mini humbuckers which has taken the place of the Epi Sheraton here.
