Tip on bid /ask size lots!
Good evening Ike!-Looks like you have had a extra long day!
I regret not getting to meet you this trip but maybe the next one?
I noticed you had asked me what the bonds closed at...Sorry about that but I see it was answered in my absense fairly quickly. We had out of town guests drop in 20 minutes before the market closed. I had lots of fun today cherry picking FDC and eght.
It always amazes me that the market seems to take days to finally come around to the conclusion that you came to!-Do you think we see the big rebound tomorrow or next week?-

I've noticed you can always tell if a stock is going up or down in the next few minutes based on the lot sizes.-If there is more size on the bid side that means upward pressure as more buyers than sellers. I think we should not go long on a stock till we have neutral or better yet much bigger bid size!-If you have access to bid/ask size lots or your broker does it would not make sense to buy when there still is more sellers than buyers!-I know you know this Ike but I hope that one of our friends can use this little tidbit to save an eighth or a qtr. or more when you see a really large imbalance, like 350 bid size and 5 on the ask size..buy extra when this condition exists and dump it when the balance swings to larger size on the ask size!-I'm hearing about people that make 20-50 trades a day using this and other techniques scalping an eighth or a qtr and sometimes a half a point on 1000 shares!-Have you heard of people making a good living doing this?-I hear they cut a trade immediatly if it goes against them and they figure they can always get back in for another 25 dollars!
-This only applies to the nazdaq as the NYSE is an open cry system not electronic!
