Forget the red bell pepper and add one Tablespon of the juice out of a jar of Jalopenos and you have a pretty darn good recipe. Forget the zest on the lime and just use the juice.

Use Hass avocados, when they start to get a little soft. They will be black at the time. They have a high oil content and a good texture for guacamole.

Forget the tabasco and use a fresh jalopeno, seeded.

Use white pepper of you have it. Salt to taste. The juice out of a jalapeno jar will have salt in it as well.
