They will grow thr REVS from $100m to $500M in 12 months
so the debt looks ok to me. They will make 1 more aquisition and
need the $$ to fund this growth. Stock going much higher in the
months ahead IMO.

I believe that a rising share price-will make it easier for the
company to pursue an acquisition or pay down debt.
