He had a legal agreement to seek treatment for his addiction to painkillers. All charges would be dropped at the end of an 18-month period. but the fact of the matter is that Rush was caught under very suspicious circumstances. There is nothing suspicious, in the least, about a middle-aged man on vacation carrying Viagra with him. To suggest, as you have, that ALL MEN traveling to DR do so in pursuit of child prostitutes is total left wing lunacy. Irrational thinking. He, in fact, was in violation of his parole. Parole? I never knew he did time in prison.
