Based on the link you posted, I would not go with the Dell.

I personally like the MSI Wind U120, not to be confused with the U100. It's CNET's 2nd rated system.

I plan to shop some more, but will likely go with the MSI unit.

From what I've read, you want the Intel Atom processor and an XP operating system rather than Linux.
