John, sometimes the best kind of news is the news that takes a few days to sink in. I agree that this was excellent news - unfortunately it co-incided with a lousy day that probably dampened enthusiasm, because on a day like today, most people are worried about plugging leaks and scrambling to get out of losing positions. It also tends to put people in a defensive mode and fosters a generally bad mood amongst most folk. That's why today was only an ok day. I agree with your comments on the Dow. One thing that is almost for sure, the next time we cross Dow 8000, it's a gonna be a big buy signal for a major bull run. Rgds Wiz
