No, it was also 2000. I remember it well; in fact, it was one of the reasons why I voted for Bush back then.

2005 was just Bush's attempt to revive the Social Security issue, which by then was already six feet under.

You claimed the media gave Bush a pass in the first year of his administration. I disagree, but I never said the media shouldn't have covered the top items of his agenda.
