I looked at CSM when it traded at .10 earlier in Dec.but shied away from it cause of the debt problem it had and lo and behold LRR came to the rescue with their cash in hand.It seemed that CSM would go under until that moment as it could not get financed.I believe the properties and fundamentals are sound and it looks to be a buy but others here,like Claude could give you a more definitive answer. There is an active board at SH and Investors Hub on it.
