<<I think BHO will find governing every bit as difficult as did GWB>>

And that's part of the point. Republicans need to table ideas that wont get enacted. After Obama's grace period is over 12-24 months if things aren't better the voters will scrutinize his policies and the democratic congress. His salesmanship will only go so far. 24 months is probably the magic number....it took about that long for us to bottom out under Reagan after the Carter years and then things started looking better. If that doesn't happen here Obama's numbers will go down, his leadership will be questioned and he'll be the next Jimmy Carter. It's easy to have big approval ratings when you just take office and people are looking for hope but hope minus results doesn't last forever. In the meantime the Republicans had better find a charismatic, compelling leader to run against Obama in 2012 assuming his admin isn't getting the job done.

HINT - PALIN ISN'T IT!

I heard him say, or someone in his behalf say, "If you want to be bi-partisan, support me. If not, oppose me."

He does not have a clue what bipartisanship is. He thinks it's everybody supporting him. It's not. It's working together to work out differences.
