It DOES seem that CJ knows just a little more about this subject than a person gets reading Wikipedia.

There is some reason he knows the intimate details of how one goes about engaging a child prostitute in Dominican Republic. This sounds like a man with personal experience to me.

Everyone can draw his own conclusion, but the FACT is that CJ has just a bit more knowledge of this subject than you would expect from someone who has no "hands-on" experience.
