I've had individual accounts with Fidelity for 15 years & have never had a reason to complain about customer service. The longest I ever had to wait on hold was 30 seconds. If the person I get first doesn't know the answer to a question, they immediately connect me to someone who does. If I think I need a decision made by a supervisor, there is no stalling, they get a supervisor on the line. No matter how busy they are, they never seem hurried. Statements are on-time and comprehensive. What more could I ask for?
