Family's with good insurance need no family planning access. Maybe I'm reading something here that is wrong - but if you are providing monies for family planning, I would assume you are providing a health care service for women that wouldn't other wise have it?

I believe in this access - I look forward to seeing it implemented. But putting it in a stimulus plan is just asking for trouble with conservatives.
