I do not have OpenOffice as I have MS Office Developer's that I bought about five years ago.

I understand that it will open and edit .doc files, which are MS Word files. I was told it is an MS Office clone built on open architecture.

I think you can download it onto your computer, which MIGHT make it suitable for one of those little Net computers. I simply do not know.
