My complaint is FAR larger than that it just doesn't create jobs. Fine. But that's the one you posted and the one to which I responded. "Stimulus should be directly targeted towards creating jobs or stimulating the economy. This is another example of when a package gets this big - there is opportunity for all kinds of mischief." I assume, then, that we are in agreement that it would, indeed, create jobs, ergo is not "mischief" in a stimulus bill. You can see a bridge or a tunnel and everyone in America can agree we need these projects I have no argument with that. I would not think that family planning has anywhere near the most stimulus bang for the buck. I only protested your assertion that it couldn't be framed as stimulus.
