Fine. But that's the one you posted and the one to which I responded.

I assume, then, that we are in agreement that it would, indeed, create jobs, ergo is not "mischief" in a stimulus bill.

I have no argument with that. I would not think that family planning has anywhere near the most stimulus bang for the buck. I only protested your assertion that it couldn't be framed as stimulus.
