And that is backed up by the 9/11 report. Sudan had offered to send his to Saudi Arabia to be arrested, but the Saudi's wouldn't take him. Bill Clinton's OWN language makes it clear that had he wanted him, he could have taken him. It leaves ZERO doubt about it. The 9/11 report was bullshit, totally irrelevant, based on testimony from the jerks who were at fault (Berger, for example). You need to get over the chronic references to the 9/11 report. It is not an authoritative source.
