No. nothing to do with it. China's rate was lowered a few
days ago. Unfortunately, HK's rate just hike another 3/4
points.

The whole reason behind it is that our SAR government
said that the 7.8 pack must be maintained at ALL COST.
So if Soros do want to play around, there will be another
round of rate hike.

Situation is really no good here.
