When did I make that claim? Sorry wrong thread. Unless you know what you are doing, it is likely to fizzle like the one the North Koreans tried to test. True - but I suspect that even a "fizzled" nuclear bomb would not be good for the folks on the ground. Whether they put in a suitcase, missile or a truck doesn't really matter - it's whether they can deliver on their threats in a meaningful way. Why not test it in the middle of Israel - if it goes off at all, isn't that success?
