And cruise ships are really built to ride smoothly. Submarines on the surface are decidedly not made to ride smooth. I would think also as a rule the cruise ships would avoid being out in that if possible. One of my guys went on a cruise for his honeymoon. They were in decent seas that then got quite rough. They had to make a beeline for port in fact to get some folks off that were so sick they couldn't keep them hydrated. Go on vacation and end up on the ship from hell.

Get a load of the wave this boat hits at the end of the video. I know there were some people flying around after that one.
