You are blaming Fatah and Hamas which didn't even exist 20 years ago "Hamas was created in 1987 by Sheikh Ahmed Yassin, Abdel Aziz al-Rantissi and Mohammad Taha of the Palestinian wing of Egypt's Muslim Brotherhood" en.wikipedia.org That's 21+ years ago, and its roots go back to the Muslim Brotherhood which was founded in 1928 Fatah was founded in 1959.

WB settlements were not introduced by sharon but by the left. It was seen as a way to pressure arab states into making peace with israel on fair terms post 67. It was probably a scheme that would have worked in most places in the world, but it didnt work there. And guess what, your beloved arabs wouldnt take the west bank and gaza back. It better served them to have gazans in camps and israel in an ever deeper quagmire. So we are where we are now. I am going to take parsons advice. I dont care anymore but that goes for the plight of the pals too. The arabs have made their bed in history. In WW2, they were pro nazi. Post war they refused any and all efforts for a two state solution. They kicked all the jews out of the mideast during this time, far more than the pals that were dispossessed by both arab calls for evacuation and jewish encouragement of it. You think you know the history. You dont. YOu know the most current events and you let your emotions get the better of your judgement. You aint a bad guy either but you ally yourself with the worst movements and with a rejectionist nation that will never accept peace. Well face the fact, soon there will be two rejectionist nations in the mideast as Likud will win the election and Jews will choose the garrison state over annihilation. Nice world we live in.
