I opened a big manuscript master document, but OpenOffice doesn't recognize the hyperlinks to the subdocuments. It won't expand any of the subdocuments as a result. But I met my objective, which was to see whether one of those little mini 9 net computers would work for me. I can write files on that and transfer them to my other computers where I have MS Office. I don't need a DVD drive, in other words. Although Smithee showed me one for less than fifty buckets that i could hook into the USB port on the mini.
