Thanks for clearing that up! I totally agree with your reasoning behind the DOJ taking down the stock! But what has happened the past two trading sessions?
......Earnings are good and beat estimates but talk of a slow in Q3 and Q4 are longer-term negatives?!?
......DOJ files suit!

Why is this stock still rising? If this goes through (the suit) MSFT will be hit a lot harder than if it would have corrected now and then the price could adjust if the DOJ is wrong. As it stands now, MSFT will probably rise tomorrow no matter what happens in the market! I have noticed a complete disregard for market conditions compared to MSFT stock price - This is a speculative bubble and whether justified or not, my long positions are liquidated!

Heck I think if a bomb went off in the main manufacturing plant of MSFT tomorrow and MSFT said that production would be halted for 6 months the stock would rise 10 points! It is a crazy market and we will have to just watch and see what happens!!

Best of luck,

Dustin
