have no doubt that BYU grads do very well serving large organizations very dutifully. But it would depend on the individual if the job required creativity, innovation, unorthodox thinking, crosscultural and crossgenerational understanding, reading diverse social trends, etc.

Agreed. As a group, they're a typical cross-section of the population in terms of creativity, critical thinking skills, etc.....some have more, some less. Even though more doors may open for them in competing for jobs, once in they have to perform and develop new skills to do so.
