How should israel have responded? I am not sure...i was referring more to the tone of Ten's post, which is that the international community is disproportionally against Israel. I see them condemning the scope, not the action itself. I also suppose you can't look at this military response as anything but a single event in the context of the bigger picture. What's important is the recognition that there's been an absence of any mediation of this long conflict and that the parties need to return to the negotiating table...and that the US is probably the only entity with the capacity to make this happen.
