I haven't gotten many details about the financing deal being considered except that it should not dillute the shares more than 5%. I was told that it would not be a secondary offering because they don't need to raise that much capital outside of normal cash flows to grow through at least next year. I got this from the IR representative. Since they are still negotiating the deal, it may be difficult to get details but I suggest that you call either the company or Leviakis, the IR rep.
