Please excuse if I have related this before. A two semester course in the History of Mathematics was required of students seeking a degree in Math or Engineering when I was an undergraduate. Banks, maybe Joseph A. Banks, researched and wrote 2 Volumes-----called The History of Mathematics. These went back to the early Egyptians who were developing their number system. The Egyptians used symbols and fingers for counting. When they reached the billions and trillions------they would throw up their hands and spread all of their fingers on both hands and say "too much"----they had no symbols to take care of these huge numbers. This is where we are today--------Obama, Congress, Politicians, Financial wizards and economists have no concept of what we are dealing with with these large numbers. The citizen-----sees the problem but can't get the blind in those positions to see that the system is corrupted. We who attempt to be investors in the market know the system is broken as we look daily at company's whose stocks are worth pennies in the stock markets---while simultaneously the Federal Government is tilting at windmills throwing mythical non-existent money at the economic problems. Now, you know why I don't post e-mails. mj
