Ronnie was the most irresponsible President in US History before Dumbya. He was mentally incapacitated for most of his presidency and should have had the decency and strength of character to resign gracefully. Instead, he inflicted his asinine economic fantastical garbage on us before he left. He also invaded Grenada and ate too many jelly beans. Wow, what utter lack of accomplishment.
