The old "components" segment included royalties, DRAM, specialty logic and misc. other small product categories as well as DSP. Your base number was thus too high.

DRAM is a little trickier. Only in the latest Q did TXN flat out state the amount of DRAM revenue thru the JVs, $420MM.

On the Acer JV, I think it will be an additional hit of about 20 cents pre tax in the current quarter, but don't quote me yet. How many other companies could even stay in business if the price of their primary product fell 90 percent in two years? Thank God for bit growth in the 90% plus range and an elastic demand curve.
