All one has to do is use the handset to set the GPS and then it is good for about 2 years. Your handset in CDMA walks INTO your house with timing to 10 microseconds. So it can then set the GPS system in the femto cell with this same timing. Not hard to do.

But then you can also spoof it, but this would make no sense.

BTW - someone already has a patent on the HS idea.
