Many of the old companies said the same thing about the Internet. They said, you cannot reliably run an economy on a network that is largely outside of your control. And yet, we did it, and we created massive wealth in the process. Changing old thinking is hard, but necessary. I understand the need for reliability, but I also don't underestimate the power of American ingenuity to solve any problem. It's not smart to live in the world of absolutes. Never say never.
