Obama is. They gave the bailout money with no strings attached.
Like leaving gold in the middle of the street, then trying
to find and sue a burglar who "stole" it. Grand theft by
design, and a farewell present to the the American people
by the W administration. Strings will be attached to the
second part, if that will be given at all.

Now, Lehman distributed 2.5 bln. in bonuses before BK. If
that was illegal, they would be in jail. But ... I guess this
legal mambo jumbo says they were clean as a whistle. Bernie
wasn't, but, first, hedge funds managers are a different breed
(all animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than
others), second, he did commit accounting fraud.
