Well, I agree with you Ralph. I, too, believe RIDE will eventually settle (and that the case will not be dismissed).

IMO, RIDE's former management made misleading statements, and they did dump their shares (as a result of knowledge they had that indicated RIDE would suffer as a result of 1) poor sales in Japan and, 2) a glut of snowboards on the market.)

You're going to have to get in (a long) line for money from any settlement, however, as I was told that over 400 people have contacted the plaintiffs attorneys in search of a piece of the (possible) settelement action...
