It's unfortunate that the misuse of money was legal. The average Joe on the street will the legality as contrived, as part of a coordinated scam. If illegal, it would at least show some effort on the part of the government authorities to set limits.

And what Paulson did wasn't fraud? why else ask for immunity? we've been robbed regardless, and now we need some accountability, jail time and hangings.
