but dont rule out the nixon in china example. Bibi will cut the peace deal, it he thinks the odds are great that it can succeed. Now, is there a Hamas leader who cut such a deal? Can the iranians soon to be talking to obama admin do the 180 as well? Because if neither can, then bibi cant either.

Given Obama's gross incompetence in the foreign policy arena (and in fairness, the entire Democrat party and the Left in general), I would say Netanyahu is a bright star against an otherwise dull landscape.
