No kidding. It's amazing they get away with it. Somehow the Tench's of the world (as well as those with much lower income) have become convinced that hedge fund managers, as well as the passive income rich, should be taxed at a lower rate. And that that somehow benefits THEM.

A hell of a marketing job by the extreme (and wealthy) far right. As the saying goes 'there is a sucker born every minute'.
