I never believe opec members really cut back like they say. They all look for national advantage. Some might be desparate for cash so $40 it is. Better than holding to a black liquid in the ground that cant help their country or their rule sitting in the ground. Thats why i dont discount $20. Would be weird to drive into a gas station and pay 99 cents. Yesterday oil price and stock market price diverged. Perhaps and important and positive sign. in todays world $1 gas is tantamount to free gas for all. Not good for environment but good for individual balance sheets.
