Dave I meant not harm or flame for it but use this site to reveiw the filings it is helpful before you do a lot of research ... Heck could go through the roof for all I know. Go job though and I appreciate your hard work on the research you have psoted tonight. newsalert.com enter the ticker then get the news and the blue underline at the top click on SEC filings even if you can not read the filling you can see the filings listed and click on the filing type and it will tell you what type it is.
