Times have been changing since they invented time, but the more things change the more they stay the same. They should run unions as multi-party, so at least there could be dissenting voices. If you set up a tyrant to rule, you don't get to change your mind later. I believe a certain amount of corruption is necessary as a check against ignorant tyranny. We rule ourselves thru a tragedy of inefficiencies and crippling compromise. To meet the needs of the many we fail to satisfy just about everyone. EC<:-}
