I think we could save alot of time here.... Anything that even sounds like something Carter would do (unless you're talking Liver Pills) is the wrong way to go....<gg> CETA or Manpower Development and Training Act One thing we both know about gov't programs is the better the title the worse the program. I mean, who wouldn't want to vote for something called, say, the Community Reinvestment Act. We all want to invest in our communities right?....<g> Kidding aside, have any of the programs you mentioned been worth the cost?....
