RE:"He didn't get caught." Oh yes he did, for the latest 2 years. The first 2 years then came up but was past the SOL unless the IRS wanted to claim fraud...wonder why they didn't? Hummm.

So it's OK to cheat on your taxes as long as you file a false return and have the statute of limitations run? Setting aside the whole issue of fraud, for which the 3-year s/l doesn't apply. "As Obama told you guys, "You LOST". That "values voters" crap is as dead as the "Reagan Revolution"." Who the f*ck are "you guys"? People who pay taxes? Or people who place some value on compliance with federal laws?
