the audacity to include that ACORN organization I almost had a stroke when I read that earlier. IMO that organization is unAmerican and should be killed in the most painful death possible...... I believe the programs are only created for intangible results and ballot box appeal. That's the way the liberals like it, start programs with sweet sounding names for the ballot box and then make it so there's little to no gage to measure their success....This entire bill is purely political payback and has nothing to do with helping the economy recover.
