You say illegal, he says mistake. The IRS would have let it pass and taken his word, like always, for taxes and penalties. He knew that.

i can see why he cheated...he's a financial piker..

just announced on cnbs his net worth is in the $750 to $1.2 million range....he stiffed the treasury for over $40k at the time....no small change for him
