they just got hit with 'failure to file' penalties...you're a good tax lawyer if you were able to get the IRS to waive those..it's better to not file a return at all rather than a fraudulent one

I know an architect(over 70 yrs old) that just went down for 6 years in the pen for failing to file. But Geitner gets S. of Treasury?
