I tried to place an order with ScotTrade on SIGA two days ago and recieved ScotTrades annoying message that SIGA was on its "restricted list" and I had to call their office to place an order. Since I can't get information from ScotTrade as to what constitutes or places a stock on the restricted list, I did not follow up. I am long but did not add to my position. I wish I knew if this is an internal problem with ScotTrade or/and if not, how to find out what is the mischief causing it to fall to the restricted list? Any idea? steve
